RETURN POLICY

  • We’ll gladly accept returns of items purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and outer packaging to prevent damage to the box. We may refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
  • Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
  • You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable. Eyewear, Hats, Hair Accessories, Gift Cards are non-returnable.
  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

  • To request a return, simply navigate to Return and have your order number and email address associated with your order ready. You’ll then tell us what you’d like to ship back and why.
  • EXCHANGES

  • To exchange your item, simply navigate to Return, enter your order number and email address, and tell us what you’d like to exchange. 
  • The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days or your exchange order will be cancelled. Once the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
  • REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
